| We are wholesale termination provider offering a prepaid service for terminating calls to almost all routes. We don't charge any setup or monthly fees, and all of our costs are transparent. We will accept calls only from the IP addresses you provided. |

| Prequalification is required to be eligible for carrier rate plans: |
|
- You must be a VoIP service provider, not an end user. You are responsible for collecting any applicable taxes from your customers and remitting them to the government in your country of business.
- We will accept calls from the fixed IP addresses you configured earlier.
- We operate on a prepaid basis, keeping our administration costs low and allowing us to pass these savings on to you. We accept payment in US dollars,with a minimum of $10.
